Do you sell food, drink, or anything else people consume?

If yes, you'll need liability insurance and either a cottage-food handler certificate or a Temporary Food Establishment permit. We'll walk you through it — we just need to know now.

Do you carry general liability insurance?

Yes No, or not yet

Required if you sell anything consumable or use a flame, heater or generator. Recommended for everyone else. Answering "no" doesn't disqualify you.

Texas sales tax permit number

You collect and file your own sales tax — we never handle it. If you don't have the number in front of you, leave it and tell us later.
